LOS ANGELES - Actress Selma Blair has filed for divorce from her husband, actor-writer Ahmet Zappa, after 29 months of marriage.

Blair, 34, filed her petition Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The couple has no children.

Blair has appeared in "Cruel Intentions," which also starred Sarah Michelle Gellar and Ryan Phillippe; "Legally Blonde" with Reese Witherspoon; and "The Sweetest Thing" with Cameron Diaz and Christina Applegate.

Zappa, 32, is the son of the late musician Frank Zappa and the brother of Moon Unit, Dweezil and Diva Zappa.
