Common Rotation is lie. You know who said that? One of them. A Common Rotator. So for what it’s worth Common Rotation may be a lie. Find out for yourself. For all you know, I’m a lie. I’m not, by the way. And I’m a little put off that you’d think that. Miffed, is what I am. At you. You know what? Maybe we got off on the wrong foot. Let’s start again. But not now, later. September 8th, let’s say. 7:30pm. It’ll be a whole thing. We’ll take in a show. What show? You know what show. You can feel it in your bones’s bones. It’s The Thrilling Adventure and Supernatural Suspense Hour, your new favorite show in the style of oldy timey radio with guests named Common Rotation. They will be IN the show. They will also play after. It’s almost too much.

The Thrilling Adventure and Supernatural Suspense Hour is a live narrative revue. It’s bunch of hilarious stories in the style of old-time radio. Actors in suits read from scripts. A Foley artist does SFX. A teeny orchestra plays along. It’s full-on genre-mixing stuff featuring the best ensemble in town: Paul F. Tompkins, Paget Brewster, John DiMaggio, Marc Evan Jackson, David ’Gruber’ Allen, Danny Strong, Rider Strong (no relation), Hal Lublin, Samm Levine, Annie Savage and more. Then, after that program, without so much as a lighting change, boom, there’s a Common Rotation show. Yeah. You’re welcome. And for dessert? A show by The Dust Bowl Cavaliers . I know, right? Now what were we even fighting about? I don’t remember. Something about how you lie a lot. Never mind. It’s cool.
