August 21st, 2007: "3:10 to Yuma" Premiere to Support Return to Freedom

Lionsgate Films has generously donated 50 tickets to the Premiere of 3:10 to Yuma to Return to Freedom, American Wild Horse Sanctuary to aid in their much-needed fund-raising efforts. The film’s Premiere is being held at the National Westwood Theatre on August 21 and these limited tickets will be available for purchase from Return to Freedom.

Headed by an all-star cast including, Christian Bale, Russell Crowe, Peter Fonda and Gretchen Mol, 3:10 to Yuma is based on the short story by Elmore Leonard and directed by James Mangold (Walk the Line). A small-town rancher agrees to hold a captured outlaw who is awaiting a train to go to court in Yuma. A battle of wills ensues as the outlaw tries to psych –out the rancher.

In addition to attending the Premiere with the stars of the film, each supporter who purchases a ticket will receive a specially created “Goody Bag” that will include a hand-crafted, sterling silver-clasped, semi-precious stone horse bracelet from the Julio Pagliani collection, a year’s subscription to the new magazine The Land Report, a DVD and brochure on Return To Freedom and personal-sized bottle of wine from Wild Horse Winery. A list of additional celebrities who support Return To Freedom and are expected to attend will follow shortly.

Also included in the cost of a ticket purchased from Return To Freedom is a post screening soiree at The Palomino. Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres & drinks and receive their exclusive gift bag at the after party.

Proceeds from the evening will be used to help Return to Freedom continue their mission to protect and preserve the American wild horse for generations to come.
