Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Re-release of the American Pie DVD contains an extra DVD with some recently filmed behind the scenes segments on some of the more notable scenes from the movie. The only one that Alyson was in was "Say My Name, Bitch." Included in this very short segment were some very quick clips from previously unseen dailies, where Hannigan ad-libs the "say my name bitch" line that became one of the signature quotes from the movie.
