After another anemic 1.0 adults 18-49 rating last night, another "water is wet" outcome. NBC has very unsurprisingly pulled the plug on newcomer Free Agents after four episodes The announcement comes two days after NBC canceled The Playboy Club. Those of you who had Charlie’s Angels in the ’next show to be canceled’ pool, sorry!

There’s been no announcement of a replacement yet, speculate away! Update: at least temporarily, repeats of Whitney will air Wednesdays at 8:30.

Edit: I felt like we played out the Bob Greenblatt/patience mocking after the cancellation of The Playboy Club, but this tweet from the semi-anonymous head of scheduling at Fox rings true.
