Developed by Eurocom Entertainment Software and licensed by Fox Interactive, written by Christopher Golden and Thomas E. Sniegoski, CHAOS BLEEDS is a third-person fighting adventure game based on the successful long running television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Just like the show, the adventure takes place at ground zero for all things vampire - Sunnydale, California. Developed as a ’lost episode’ from season five of the television show, CHAOS BLEEDS involves an unraveling tale in which a dimensional bleed has been enabled by Pure Evil to consume humanity once and for all. Buffy Summers discovers that an enemy from the past, Ethan Rayne, is at the center of a great struggle with The First, literally the first incarnation of evil the world has ever known. Buffy and the gang must face an undead army of vampires, zombies, and demons to keep these nefarious villains from casting the world into permanent darkness.

Aiming to push boundaries in the area of 3D games with a strong story/character foundation, CHAOS BLEEDS is an in-depth, action thriller. The player can battle through a myriad of locations in Sunnydale and other locations inspired by the television series. In addition to playing as Buffy, gamers are also able to choose to play as one of five other characters from the TV show - Faith, Willow, Xander, Spike and Sid the Dummy. Each of the five playable characters has his or her own set of abilities and powers. The game features the actual likenesses of show cast members as well as a number of cast member voiceovers.

Enjoy the unique weaponry and over 100 character-specific slayer moves and combos. New evil characters such as zombie gorillas and new environments pop up everywhere. There is even the option of multiple fighting with up to 4 players - choose from 4 modes and 24 good or evil characters, including Anya, Tara and others. Check out the DVD-style bonus content, which includes cast interviews, photo gallery, storyboards, unlockables, making of the game footage, and Chaos Bleeds e-comic.

The game is available for the PlayStation computer entertainment system, the Xbox video game system from Microsoft and Nintendo GameCube.
