Since Glory was the main villain for Buffy and Dawn, will there be a Faith and Mayor two pack, since they were so tight, and father-daughter-y and all?

*** We’re always working on two pack and box set ideas but nothing is definite right now for late 07

I heard that all the heads on the Faith would be the same, but now it sounds like they won’t be, but close or something, so will Enemies still have an evil smirk, or the face from Sanctuary?

***The prototypes you have seen will change slightly of course, but they are all approved as is.

Is that the final base for Band Candy Giles, since it’s the same, with different paint and picture, as Vampire Angels?

*** As close to definite as something can be at this stage.

If Glory sells well, will you release more Big Bads, like Adam and Caleb?

*** Sure, why not?

What’s going on with Kendra??

*** Last time I checked she was dead - but that’s never a permanent state in the Buffyverse is it?

What are your thoughts on producing Angel’s car or Spike’s Motorcycle in scale to go with the figures?

*** We don’t have the license even if something like that was realistically possible.

Will the line after Faith and Giles be a Buffy or Angel line?

*** Buffy

Any plans to go back and do ornaments of characters that you didn’t do any of previously? Like D’Hoffryn, Joyce, Glory, Dawn, Buffybot or even a Pylean Beast Angel?

*** Not right now but we’ll see what happens over the next year.

What makes you guys change figures? (IE: Buffybot)

*** All sort of factors, its a very long process with lots of hands involved. Certain figures have to be changed due to approval issues, which is why we try to wait until the figures are all approved before showing them to the public.

Any chance you could include smaller demons into future accessory packs including some like, Sid The Dummy, a couple Bezoars, the Queller Demon, The Kids from "Gingerbread", The things from "The Price", the demon from "The Magic Bullet", or even a couple puppets from "Smile Time"?

*** No plans right now for anything like that. If a demon is small enough, it could be included with a figure as an accessory, though.

How do you decide how many/what accessories to give each figure?

*** We roll an old 10 sided dice.

Which of the Buffy/Angel actors hold approval over their likeness?

*** Its a pretty long list to be honest.

What’s the story on Red Dress Glory? Is this a bagged figure, or will she have card/box packaging. New accessories, the ones she already comes with or none? Base?

*** Full figure with blister, etc.. just like the other exclusives have been.

Is DST planning on first releasing every main character that hasn’t yet been made (Riley, Gunn, Harmony, Oz, Doyle, Connor) in 6" form as part of the core assortment in future releases or do some supporting characters (Jenny, Lindsay, Adam, Caleb, Drusilla, Kendra) have a possibility of being released in the core assortment first???

*** We can’t make any promise like that. We’ll keep doing figures as long as sales are there, so as we go along the chances of getting one of the above gets better.

How do you decide which characters become deluxe figures?

*** We look at key characters that we want to give the DST touch to and it helps if the character is physically active on the show.

Does Illyria stand a chance of becoming a deluxe or are there too few possible variants? If you ever made her would she have to come as a Fred variant again?

*** If Deluxe keeps selling, everyone stands a chance.

Would DST ever repeat figures in the deluxe line that they’ve previously made in the ’regular’ line? If there will ever be a Willow line, would Dark and White Witch Willow’s be considered?

*** Sure, in theory... but we try to keep each figure as unique as possible if we can.

Will any demons/villains, mainly the ’Big Bads’, ever become deluxe figures, or will you stick to just the main characters?

*** Its possible.

Are there any characters that you will definitely NOT be making? If so, who?

*** Clem! No just kidding - we never say never at DST.

Mini-statues? We heard talk of a Wish Xander and Willow...are these dead?

*** Not dead, but we’re working on some cool new ideas for resin that have caused the statuettes to be put on the back burner for a little while.

What about Palisades line of plushies? I would love a Mr. Gordo prop or a little plushie Gachnar!

*** DST has released several plush in the past and we’ve heard of this Buffy show before...

Do you plan to have stars signing at your booth for the summer cons again?

*** Yes. We’ve announced some and there will be more to come!

Is there any chance to bring non-science fiction shows like Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill, Everwood or The Runaway into Mini-mates?

*** We’ve looked some different places to take Minimates but none of the above.

Would you ever consider making a general vampire?

*** It’s been tossed around, but I wouldn’t hold out for one.

Will DST be making a Black Ops Daniel Jackson figure in the Stargate line? What are the chances of getting Jonas Quinn and Colonel Mitchell in future lines?

*** We’ve looked at all three so they are possible.

In the Star Trek line, how is it looking for the Crushers’? Will we see Beverly and Wesley?

*** We’ve said we’ll do the bridge crew so that pretty much guarantees Beverly. Check out our site on Monday for a special Star Trek update.

Finally, I heard that you picked up the new Battlestar Galactica License. Can we expect to see any 6-7" figures in the line or are you just planning on doing busts and minimates?

*** Right now we’re working with AA on resins and Minimates, who knows what the future will bring.
