  The article says the owner of the original wants to keep unknown? Well I already know who owns the original - Joss Whedon. He stated in an article it’s the only prop he kept for the show and won’t let go of. :)

  actually Corey there were 3 scythes made! the metal one for close ups (Joss) the rubber one for fight scenes (this one) and another one for "blood stains" and running (blunt edges completely)
