One of the few other members of Sunnydale High’s faculty — besides Rupert Giles (Anthony Stewart Head) to know exactly what it was Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and friends were up to most evenings, Ms. Calendar also found a way into Giles’ heart — and that proved her undoing. See, after Angel (David Boreanaz) went all evil, he wanted to torment Buffy by tormenting those closest to her. So, Angel did something horribly fatal to dear old Jenny (who also happened to be a descendent of the Gypsy clan that cursed Angelus in the first place).
