LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Gary Busey won’t have to move after all.

On Saturday, Nov. 6, the 60-year-old actor settled a lawsuit with his landlord, paying $30,000 in back rent, reports the AP.

Busey claims that he stopped paying the $6,000 per month rent on his Malibu home a few months back after landlord Robert Wesson neglected to fix a problem with the ventilation system that allowed accumulated dust and mold to affect the actor’s breathing.

Under the settlement, in return for paying the rent, the Wesson is required to make the necessary repairs.

Busey received an Oscar nomination for his leading role in "The Buddy Holly Story." He next stars opposite David Boreanaz in the upcoming heist film "The Hard Easy."
