New episodes of "The Biggest Loser" (households: 5.7/9, #8; adults 18-49: 3.4, #8), "My Name Is Earl" (households: 8.5/13, #4; adults 18-49: 5.9, #2), "The Office" (households: 5.5/8, #T9; adults 18-49: 3.9, #6) and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (households: 10.9/18, #2; adults 18-49: 6.1, #1) continued to power NBC (households: 7.8/12, #3; adults 18-49: 4.8, #1) to victory in the key adults 18-49 demographic on Tuesday.

Taking second place then was CBS (households: 8.3/13, #1; adults 18-49: 3.9, #2) with its mix of "NCIS" (households: 10.6/17, #3; adults 18-49: 4.3, #4), "The Amazing Race: Family Edition" (households: 7.2/11, #7; adults 18-49: 4.2, #5) and the premiere of "Close to Home" (households: 7.5/12, #6; adults 18-49: 3.2, #9).

Compared with "Judging Amy’s" season premiere last year (households: 7.8/13; adults 18-49: 2.5 on 9/28/04), "Home" was down 3.85% in households but up an impressive 28.00% in adults 18-49.
