In series-premiere news, CBS drama Close To Home opened soft at a last-place 7.5/11 in the overnights, 10.38 million viewers and a 3.2/ 8 among adults 18-49 at 10 p.m. Comparatively, former deteriorating time period occupant Judging Amy averaged a similar 7.4/12 in households, 10.57 million viewers and a 2.9/8 among adults 18-49 last season.

Last, and very least, was a repeat of America’s Next Top Model on UPN at 8 p.m. (Overnights: 2.9/ 4; Viewers: 3.00 million; A18-49: 1.4/ 4), followed by week two of drama Sex, Love and Secrets at a deadly 1.5/ 2 in the overnights, 1.46 million viewers and a 0.5/ 1 among adults 18-49.
