Vulkon is proud to announce that we have secured both Nicholas Brendon and Anthony Stewart Head for this Cleveland event, as well as Mercedes McNab, Robia LaMorte and George Hertzberg. Plus joining us from Joss Whedon’s other universe: Morena Baccarin from Firefly and the movie Way Off Broadway.
With the convention now less than 3 months away - we are happy to report that great seats are still available. Order your tickets today for best seating and faster autographs as we call by rows during the autograph sessions.

·Nicholas Brendon who played Xander on Buffy appears on Sunday Only (Plus will attend Saturday night Banquet)
·Mercedes McNab who plays Harmony on both Buffy and Angel (appears Saturday Only. Plus will attend Cocktail Party & Banquet)
·Robia Lamorte who played Jenny on Buffy (Bonus Guest: appears both days. Plus will attend Cocktail Party & Banquet)
·George Hertzberg who played Adam on Buffy (Bonus Guest: appears both days. Plus will attend Cocktail Party & Banquet)
·Morena Baccarin who played Inara Serra on Firefly (Bonus Guest: appears both days. Plus will attend Cocktail Party & Banquet). She also stars as Rebecca in Way Off Broadway.
Unlike other events, our attendance is very limited at less than 700 patrons per-day, so you will have lots of access to our guests all weekend long.
And, ALL SEATING at this event is RESERVED, so you don’t have to "camp out" to get a good seat and you can come and go as you please knowing that your seat is there for you all day (all weekend if you have a two day ticket).
Admission & Autographs:
Gold 3-day tickets are $150. Includes guaranteed reserved seating in rows 1-10 and 1 autograph from Anthony Stewart Head, Nicholas Brendon, and Mercedes McNab.
Silver 3-day tickets are $125. Includes reserved seating in rows 11-20 and 1 autograph from Anthony Stewart Head, Nicholas Brendon, and Mercedes McNab.
Single day Saturday Only admission is $75 and includes reserved seating and 1 autograph from Anthony Stewart Head and Mercedes McNab
Single day Sunday Only admission is $60 and includes reserved seating and 1 autograph from both Anthony Stewart Head and Nicholas Brendon.
Note: Admission Tickets may not be available at the door for this show, if we sell-out in advance. Order your tickets early for lower badge numbers and best seating, as we call by rows during the autograph sessions.
Photos of all our stars (for autographing) will be available at the convention registration booth at the event for only $7 each. (For those of you new to conventions, the stars will sign almost anything you bring them: photos, calendars, posters, etc... but you must supply the item you want signed.)
Other Guests:
We have invited other "Buffy" and "Angel" guests for this event. These "Bonus Guests" : Robia LaMorte "Jenny Calender", George Hertzberg "Adam", and Morena Baccarin "Inara", will be selling and signing their photos all day (both days) for a modest fee.

Tickets At The Door (if available):
Can be purchased from 7 pm- 10 pm Friday, and Saturday and Sunday 9:30AM Till 4 PM. Door prices are $125 for Silver weekend, $75 Saturday, $60 Sunday.
Note: we recommend ordering in advance and getting the reserved seating, as we often get a capacity crowd and may have standing room only. Also paying at the door may not guarantee autographs if we are at capacity, as the Stars are contracted to only sign a limited amount of autographs.
Reserved Seating:
Reserved seating at this show is included with ticket purchase. (Except General Admission if available)
Child Admission:
Children 12 and under are one free per paying adult
Note: Under 12 free admission does not include autographs nor reserved seating. Reserved seating is available for children 12 and under, for only $10 total for the weekend. (If you want your child to get an autograph, a normal adult ticket must be purchased instead.) The $10 Child seating is not available in the Gold section.
Activities:
A large number of activities are planned with: guests, panels, costume contest, auctions, video room, autograph sessions, crazy games with our Gamemaster, Banquet with the Stars with Live Entertainment provided by Anthony Stewart Head, Cocktail Party, and more! Costume contest:
Our costume contest will feature trophies in various categories and will be held Saturday afternoon. So it’s time to start working on those costumes. Plus we encourage all attendees to make an effort to come in costume all weekend, as it makes the entire convention - just that much more fun!
Vulkon Art Show and Silent Auction:
Vulkon will be having it’s second Cleveland Art Show this year with a lot of different and original art from many artists you may have seen before and some that are new to the scene. There will be art for sale in the silent auction, and art just to look at in the art show contest were ribbons will be awarded. The contest will be open to all Vulkon attendees, and will be divided into Youth (12 and under)and Adult (13 and up) categories. For additional information about the silent auction or the Not-for-sale art show contest please contact Jae or Mark at: vulkonartshow@aol.com Ribbons for the Art Show Entries will be awarded on Saturday at Noon for all to see. Download our complete art show package to exhibit. The Art Show will feature panels with our guest artists, a silent auction throughout the weekend a la eBay, an art contest open to all ages, and a Friday evening Meet the Artists gathering with our guests Ruth Thompson, Charles Urbach, and Jessica Galbreth.
The Friday evening VIP Cocktail Party with All our guests:
For those of you who purchase tickets to this separate event, the Cocktail Party will run 8 PM - 9:30 PM Friday evening. All of our guests (except Nick who does not arrive till Saturday) will be joining for the evening, which promises to be a riot! Don’t forget your cameras, Plus we are working on some live entertainment as well. Tickets to the cocktail party are still available for only $65. Please Note: you must order a ticket to the convention in order to be able to purchase a ticket to the cocktail party.
Friday evening karaoke:
On Friday night after the cocktail party: Join us for more fun at our Karaoke Contest ! Trophies will be awarded to the best performers - so start practicing now!
The Saturday evening Banquet:
For those of you who purchase tickets to this separate event, we have a great evening of food and fun planned for you at our fabulous banquet with guests of honor: Anthony Stewart Head (who will regal us with his wonderful vocals), plus - Nicholas Brendon, Mercedes McNab, Robia LaMorte, George Hertzberg, and Morena Baccarin. The evening will feature a sumptuous buffet "fit for a Vampire" served in the company of our guest stars. (The chef promises an "interesting menu" !) This is an opportunity to get up close and personal and mingle with our guests in a more relaxed setting, with access to the guests that would not normally be possible during a busy convention. Cameras and personal photos will be allowed (note: personal photos depends on the guest) . Event will run 8 PM - 9:30 PM Saturday evening. Tickets to the banquet are still available and are only $65. Please Note: you must order a ticket to the convention in order to be able to purchase a ticket to the Banquet.
Vulkon would like to invite everyone who bought a banquet ticket to participate in our raffle. The raffle will be for a chance for you and a friend (both the winner and guest must already have banquet tickets) to sit at Anthony Stewart Head’s table or Nicholas Brendon’s table (or one of our other stars table) during the banquet. Only those folks currently holding banquet tickets may purchase a raffle ticket. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit The Motion Picture Home and Hospital.
Each Raffle Ticket will cost $10, and ticket will entitle the winner and one guest to sit at a star’s table. One of our stars will pull the winning tickets live on-stage during his question and answer session on Saturday afternoon. The first ticket drawn will allow the winner and guest to sit at Anthony Stewart Head’s table, the next ticket drawn will get to sit at Nicholas Brendon’s table, the next ticket drawn will get to sit at Mercedes table, and the next ticket drawn will get to sit at Robia’s table and the next will get to sit at Hertzberg’s table and so on.
Vulkon Auction:
During our Saturday Auction, for those people that may not have purchased a banquet ticket or for someone who did buy a banquet ticket but just wants to ensure that they get to sit with either Anthony Stewart Head or Nicholas Brendon, Vulkon will be auctioning ONE pair of tickets to sit at Anthony Stewart Head’s table, and One pair of tickets to sit at Nicholas Brendon’s table. Winning bid will entitle winner and one guest to sit at Anthony Stewart Head’s or Nicholas Brendon’s table during the Saturday Night Banquet. (Anyone may bid on these items as this ticket will include banquet tickets). Numerous other items will also be auctioned off: including signed photos by other actors from both Buffy and Angel and numerous other goodies.
Bronze Dance:
On Saturday night after the banquet, join us at the Bronze Dance Party. The Bronze Dance is "Free" to all our patrons, but you must present your Vulkon Convention badge for entry. Event will run 10 PM - 2 AM.
Plus: For those of you not attending the Cocktail Party or Banquet, don’t worry - we will have several other activities going on simultaneously to keep you busy!
Dress Code?
There isn’t one, but Vulkon recommends you "Dress to impress"! (You do want to catch a Demon or Vampires eye - don’t you?) So, dig out that pretty Cocktail Dress and come in : Dressy, or Goth, or Costume attire to the Cocktail Party, Banquet, Dance and Karaoke Contest.
Convention Etiquette (This should be common courtesy and sense but):
Please don’t spoil the event for yourself or others - Please remember to maintain a respectful distance when approaching our guest stars, as nobody likes to be mobbed or mauled, and any such action will result in revocation of your membership without refund. In other words: Please play nice, so all our guests feel comfortable and welcome, which will keep them around longer - okay?
