Lately

We’re heading into our last show before the baseball break. That’s always a bit of a reprieve, but we’ve put out 5 great shows and I’m really proud of the work we’ve done so far. Everything is going real great. The chemistry between Emily and me is getting better and better with each show and that’s going to be prevalent this season.

Today we’re shooting in a church. It’s a big end scene with Emily, real big bonding scene, this specific episode. It’s called "Aliens in a Spaceship," no aliens involved but the good thing is we have some new directors coming up. David Duchovny is going to be directing the next episode, which is exciting. Keep an eye out for him, he may actually appear in one of the episodes. Something good for all you X-Files fans. So it’ll be fun to see that.

Fantasy Football Rundown I’m 2 and 2 in my NFL league and 2 and 2 in my other leagues. I came back in my other league to tie it, so I’m 2 and 2 in both and that’s just the way it is with that. Gotta roll with the punches, but it’s going good, winning games in one area, losing games in another.

On Location We have a tough episode we shot where Brennan and Booth go to Vegas and uncover a body that’s involved with the mob, and undercover fight club stuff so, that was a fun episode, but we were on location for 3 days. We shot in Morongo which was a bit, well it was okay, but 3 days away was a lot of work. We’re back on stage now, which is great because we’ve been out so much. It was fun shooting in the desert and it’s always good shooting in a Casino because it’s hectic and crazy with energy. We’ll go out Monday and shoot in a wooded area. The new episode we start next week is a little like the Blair Witch Project.

I really appreciate the support and love for the show. It’s great that you guys are tuning in and thanks for all your nice comments on the web page. I do check in, and I’ll get some new pictures up as soon as I find my memory card. I’m really enjoying the shows and the gain in ratings, how we’re progressively getting better and better each week, and I think we can grow from our shows.

You know the episode where you saw my character in bed with Cam and then the mother of my child. It was scary because I wasn’t sure how you guys would react to that, but I think it’s good for the characters. It doesn’t say that Bones and I will never eventually hook-up; I think she’s my near-and-dear, but we have to build our relationship to that point.
