The secrets of "Bones"

TV writers can sometimes get carried away with their subjects. While researching "Bones," a Fox show for "Angel’s" David Boreanaz and Emily Deschanel about an FBI agent who teams with a forensic anthropologist, writer Hart Hanson came across a murder tip and was eager to share it.

"If you want to kill someone and get away with it, don’t bury them," he says. "Toss them in the desert, and the animals will take care of it in two days."

Before you get any ideas, Hanson hastened to add that the police would still be able to gather evidence from the bones, which is the major point of his show.
