Seville Have Their Hands Full With These Girls

New Brunswick Feature Wraps November 6

Moncton, New Brunswick’s Grana Productions and Montreal’s Productions Jeux d’Ombres are co-producing the feature These Girls, about three teenagers who resolve to seduce an older man.

Caroline Dhavernas, Holly Lewis and Amanda Walsh star for writer/director John Hazlett.

Seville Pictures will distribute the film, now set for a summer 2005 release.

    Sam Grana (Boys of St.Vincent) and Anne-Marie Gélinas (Production Jeux d’Ombres) Produce this Indie in the ever-growing maritimes... In regards to the arts... Nearly pure Canadian feature gives Chance to two local stage actors as they take on principle roles (Donell Mackensie and Colin Berry)... Amanda Walsh (MUCH) begins, or continues, rather, her acting career... Dhavernas (Wonderfalls) keeps it rolling and Holly Lewis (Newsroom) shoves another project under her belt... Oh yeah, and David Boreanaz (BUFFY,ANGEL), ofcourse. The feature seems to cling to Canadian rooted actors and television talent. John Hazlett(Bad Money) a Canadian graduate of Concordia, Montreal is the director and wrote the screenplay for the original stage drama.
