David Boreanaz

Actor David Boreanaz (40) starred as a brooding vampire alongside Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and then played the lead character in its spin-off show Angel.

The Hollywood hunk’s latest role is as an FBI agent in the US crime drama Bones. David plays special agent Seeley Booth who helps forensic scientist Dr Temperance "Bones" Brennan to solve grisly murders when there’s nothing left but the victim’s bones.

Booth is a former army sniper and expert knife thrower! "He’s a blue collar charming, sarcastic guy who operates from the gut. He pokes fun at Bones cause he’s street smart and she’s a real science bod caught up in her own world."

David says Booth is ever changing as a character and evolves with him: "I’m the type of actor that really works from experience. A lot of what’s going on, on the inside, is stuff that I’m experiencing pretty much around me on a daily basis."
