Young Jeezy claims his second chart-topper on the Billboard 200 as "The Recession" starts at No. 1 this week. The Def Jam set moved 260,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan, 92,000 short of the 352,000-unit start for his previous No. 1, 2006’s "The Inspiration."

For the first time in 14 years, the newly reunited New Kids On The Block enters the chart with "The Block" (Interscope) at No. 2 with 95,000. The album was led by the single "Summertime," which has moved 505,000 digital copies and peaked at No. 36 on the Hot 100. The band’s last studio effort, 1994’s "Face the Music," bowed at No. 37 with 27,000. "The Block" gives the band its best charting week since "Step by Step" climbed to No. 1 in 1990.

Last week’s runner-up, the Game’s "LAX" (Geffen), slips to No. 3 with 89,000, a 63% sales loss. Kid Rock’s "Rock N Roll Jesus" (Top Dog/Atlantic) moves 79,000, falling 3-4 on a 12% decline.

After barely beating out "LAX" on top last week, Slipknot’s Roadrunner album "All Hope Is Gone" descends to No. 5 on a 69% dip to 75,000. The Decca soundtrack to "Mamma Mia!" moves 5-7 with 56,000 (-27%).

Rock band Underoath lands at No. 8 with the Solid State/Tooth & Nail set "Lost in the Sound of Separation," which sold 56,000. It also debuts at No. 1 on Top Christian Albums. The sextet’s last studio set, 2006’s "Define the Great Line," arrived at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 with 98,000 and No. 1 on Top Christian Albums.

Chris Tomlin enters The Billboard 200 at No. 9 and Top Christian Albums at No. 2 with "Hello Love" (EMI CMG), which sold 52,000. It’s the best charting and sales week yet for the veteran act.

Lil Wayne’s Cash Money effort "Tha Carter III" rounds out the top tier with 47,000, falling 6-10 on a 14% sales decline.

"Just a Rolling Stone" (Bad Boy), the first solo effort from former Day26 member Donnie Klang, arrives at No. 19 with 22,000. Earlier this year, the "Making the Band 4" group’s self-titled debut bowed and peaked at No. 1 with 190,000.

Former Beach Boy Brian Wilson’s "That Lucky Old Sun" (Capitol) debuts at No. 21 with 21,000. It’s Wilson’s first new studio album since 2004’s "Gettin’ in Over My Head." Also that year, he completed work on the long-unfinished album "Smile," originally intended for release by the Beach Boys in the mid-1960s.

Other debuts this week include Hollywood Undead’s "Swan Songs" (A&M/Octone, No. 22, 21,000), actor and musician Terrence Howard’s recording debut "Shine Through It" (Sony, No. 31, 14,000) and the iTunes exclusive soundtrack to the internet film-musical "Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog" (starring Neil Patrick Harris) (No. 39, 12,000).

At 6.75 million units, sales this week are down 5.6% from last week’s sum and down 8.2% from the same week last year.
