Fangoria.com Eliza DushkuEliza Dushku to appear at LA’s Screamfest on October 18, 2009Friday 17 October 2008, by Webmaster Actress Eliza Dushku, the BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER/ANGEL alumnus whose lengthy horror/sci-fi résumé also includes Rob Schmidt’s 2003 survival shocker WRONG TURN and starring turns in the TV series TRU CALLING and Joss Whedon’s upcoming DOLLHOUSE, will appear at LA’s Screamfest this Saturday, October 18 to introduce her latest pairing with director Schmidt, the fact-based serial-murder drama THE ALPHABET KILLER. Texting Fango yesterday, Dushku stated that she’s “absolutely psyched about the Screamfest premiere” of ALPHABET KILLER, which takes place at 5 p.m. at Grauman’s Mann Chinese 6 (6901 Hollywood Boulevard). You can buy tickets to the screening here—and don’t dawdle, because it’ll undoubtedly sell out. In addition to Dushku and Schmidt, also on hand to introduce the film and take part in a Q&A after the screening will be producers Aimee Schoof and Russ Terlecki, scripter/co-star Tom Malloy, actor Cary (SAW) Elwes and other supporting cast to be announced. |
