Fran Kranz

The latest installment of Dating for Dumbasses, a web series hosted on Will Ferrel’s Funny or Die video site, features Dollhouse’s Fran Kranz. He plays himself, a high maintenance actor on a date with Barret Swatek’s character, while Todd Felix plays his assistant (who Kranz refers to as more of a sherpa.) It’s written by Swatek and Lauren Iungerich.

Fran has some experience playing neurotic actors with dating issues—his character in The TV Set was more than a little obsessed with his co-star.

Kranz is featured in a couple other internet shorts: the very funny Stop Sign Friends and the very nude Executive Bathroom. Watch them! (Not at work.)
