From Kellaus: Buffy finale, ugh, it sure seemed like Spike died, or am I wrong? He did, but obviously he is going to come back—James is a series regular next season on Angel. And when Spike returns, word is he’s going to be different than the Spike we’ve known.

From sterlingcrest: Is Spike really going to be on Angel? Because several places are saying it was a ploy by Joss to hide Spike’s death on Angel. Others say Spike will be human on Angel. From everything I’ve seen, it’s far more likely the latter.

From unico23: What do you think of the Ain’t It Cool News spoiler about Spike coming back human and as the first male Slayer? It’s skulduggery, lies and misdirection! Creative, yes, but false all the same. Apparently an aspiring writer’s spec script ended up getting emailed to a number of spoiler sites and several of them fell for it. I’m sure the writer in question had nothing to do with the widespread distribution of his attention-getting work, but he posted on his Website that he "does not rule out working with Mutant Enemy if the opportunity arises." Good luck with that.
