The rock treat will be the group’s second and final UK appearance next May. They will also be appearing at the Carling Academy Islington in London on Wednesday, May 5. The band will be following in the footsteps of many rock legends when they appear at the Kentish Town Road venue. The venue has seen concerts in the past by Van Morrison, The Velvet Underground, Iggy Pop, Robbie Williams, Fun Lovin’ Criminals, Moby, Travis, Crowded House and Patti Smith. And the date will be memorable for Ghost Of The Robot for marking the end of their European 2004 trip and for being one of the biggest concerts ever staged by the Californian band. The event will also coincide with the planned release of their eagerly awaited second album. Venue details available here.
