Have you ever seen the 2003 horror film Wrong Turn? Me Neither. Apparently someone saw the movie and liked it because they’re making a sequel.

Henry Rollins and Steve Braun have been cast in the film for 20th Century Fox.

First timer Joe Lynch is directing a script by Turi Meyer, who was behind Andromeda, Candyman: Day of the Dead, the horrible Carrot Top movie Chairman of the Board and Leprechaun 2.

The original Wrong Turn starred Eliza Dushku and Desmond Harrington. The film followed a group of five youths on a hiking trip in the Appalachains of West Virginia who become prey to a family of cannibalistic mountain men who have become horribly disfigured through generations of in-breeding.

In Wrong Turn 2, Rollins plays a reality television host and producer. The Ultimate Survivalist features six contestants who will be thrown together for six days in a "simulated post-apocalyptic wasteland." The contestants, of course, come to discover a family of hideously deformed, inbred cannibals.

The movie also stars Texas Battle, Erica Leerhsen, Daniella Alonso, Steve Braun, Kimberly Caldwell and Clint Carleton.

I’m glad to see Henry Rollins getting more movie roles, too bad it’s always in these bad films. In the mid 1990’s, David Lynch and Michael Mann both cast Rollins. But since then, Rollins has done nothing but star in bad films. He’s a good actor, and should be given a real shot.
