Kitchen Confidential (Fox): Poor Nicholas Brendon couldn’t have been more wrong when he predicted how his Fox comedy would fare against CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, starring fellow Buffy alum Alyson Hannigan: "I remember Buffy came out at the same time as Everybody Loves Raymond, and there was room for both, but obviously one became the mainstream hit. I told Alyson her show can be the new Buffy and ours will be Raymond!" Sadly, it seems the opposite has come true, for while Mother is winning the time slot, Kitchen is placing fifth and actually pulling in lower ratings than Arrested Development, which is still struggling in the Nielsens.
