Moviehole.net Joss WhedonJoss Whedon - "Wonder Woman" Movie - What about the woman touch ?Thursday 16 November 2006, by Webmaster Q.Clint. Please don’t take my remark [Ego Boy], as nothing more then what it is. It’s nothing personal. I don’t have any thing against Whedon. What he does, he is good at. My beef is that, he is way over his head on this. Why do you think that he had too do a second draft. I can’t blame Whedon for this entirely, Silver has too take most of it. Whedon was never a fan from the start. And that will hurt the film. What Wonder Woman needs is a woman’s touch. She represents the ultimate woman,[Nadia Bjorlin]. Why not have a woman write, and direct this movie. Whedon,or Silver never consulted Lynda Carter in anyway, shape or form.Or even DC Comics. I am hearing that Best selling novelist Jodi Picoult is writing a Wonder Woman story for Dc Comics in March.Having a woman write Wonder Woman makes sense. Picoult, is good at" making characters real" She has a strong female appeal to her books. Why not contact her? You know that something is not right, when you don’t hear anything from Whedon. He has not once said who he wants too be his Wonder Woman. I mean after all he is the writer. He has to have someone in mine when he wrote his script. So I say "[Shit, or get off the Pot]" "Brother" - Jack A. Ah... Since I wasn’t doing the Mailbag last week.... sure, I don’t hold it against you.... Keywords2 Forum messages |
