Actress Kristy Swanson and Canadian figure skater Lloyd Eisler have announced they are expecting their first child together.

In a statement People magazine received from publicist Cheryl Kagan, Swanson said, "We wanted to wait until I completed the first trimester to officially announce our pregnancy. Lloyd and I are thrilled and wanted to share the wonderful news."

The baby, expected to be born on Valentine’s Day, will be the first for the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the third for the Olympic skater.
