Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Okay boys and ghouls, it’s Buffy time once again... Since we started this endeavor, we’ve shown you nothing but Pxlforge’s fantastic 3-D renderings... But for the first time, we have some physical samples in the office, and I was able to coax Kim into letting me play with them this afternoon.

This one here is the Slayer, herself. The tombstone to her left is the one that she will come with. Additionally, she comes with a pool cue, a jacket, and two stakes, (one of which is seen in the picture).

There have been a few minor changes to the body once again. Unfortunately, the bicep and thigh swivels (which DO appear in this image) must be removed. Due to their tiny size, the factory has found them unmanageable. So, that’s kinda of a downer...

But here’s some news that will make everything all better. Since the guest of honor this year at WW Chicago will be none other than Mr. Joss Whedon, the Powers-that-be here at Palisades have shifted the Buffy PALz into high gear. So, Palisades Direct will be offering a very special, very limited, un-painted test shot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer at WW Chicago. She will be grey, (just like the gypsum model pictured above), and she will come with one unpainted stake, and one unpainted pool cue. Her packaging will be a white mailer box... A white mailer box suitable for say... having the show’s creator sign it...

Hmmm... Something to think about...
