O/T: Pilot news for former Buffy/Angel co-stars.... some of you may be interested...

Kali Rocha (Halfrek)
Kali has signed on to the ABC comedy pilot "Plan B", which stars Caroline Rhea (Sabrina The Teenage Witch) as a single thirtysomething with plenty of issues. The series is flowing with axed TV stars: Willie Garson (Taken, Sex & The City), Sarah Shahi (Alias, Dawson’s Creek), and Millicent Martin (Frasier) also co-star.

Amy Adams (Cousin Beth)
Amy has been snapped up to the CBS drama pilot "Dr Vegas", which stars Rob Lowe as a - yup, you guessed it - Vegas physician. Seems that alongside medical, law, and cop shows, you can now add Vegas shows to that list of "most overused show formulas".

Nathan Fillion (Caleb)
Nathan has signed on to head up one of Fox’s new cop shows, "Hollywood Division" - it was about time Fox got in on the forensics action. Of course, they give it the usual Fox twist - the cops in this division go undercover at a Hollywood High School, as well as the seedy underbelly of the famed LA district. So, it’s like The OC mixed with NYPD Blue!!

Actually, that don’t sound too bad. Oh, and Tsianina Joelson (Bring It On) also stars.

Navi Rawat (Dana)
Psycho-Slayer Dana has been cast in the new Fox drama "The North Shore", about a hotel in Hawaii. The series revolves mostly around the staff, and also stars Rob Estes (Melrose Place) and Jason Momoa (Baywatch). The good news? The show has already been given a 13-episode order!

Eric Balfour (Jesse)
He’s been on every show around, and finally gets one to call his own - an NBC drama called "Hawaii". The series is about a the local law-enforcers in Oahu, Hawaii - the second pilot set in that town (the other being the afore-mentioned "North Shore" on FOX). The show also stars Ivan Sergei (Jack & Jill, The Opposite Of Sex), Sharif Atkins (ER - yup, sadly one of the few good characters will be leaving that show if the pilot gets snapped up), and Michael Biehn (Terminator, Aliens).

Christopher Gorham (James)
With Jake 2.0 stalling over on UPN, Chris has been snapped up by NBC, to co-star in an as-yet untitled project from Jason Horwitch. The show, which obviously knows a thing or two about talent, has cast Neal McDonough (Boomtown) in the lead, and co-stars Kelli Williams - one of many axed Practice cast members.

Adam Kaufman (Parker)
The love-rat, and former Taken hunk, has been cast in the new UPN drama "Beck & Call", which is all about the behind-the-scenes gubbings in the fashion industry. So, basically a scripted version of "Next Top Model". Makes sense, really, when that’s all they seem to show nowadays on that goddamn network. Oh, and it also headlines Vanessa Williams (Boomtown, Melrose Place), David Conrad (Miss Match, Roswell), and Erica Gimpel (ER, The Profiler).

Ivana Milicevic (Sam Finn)
The alcoholic robot has gone and landed herself a role in The WB’s re-imagining of cult gothic favourite Dark Shadows - the very show that might (and I stress might, don’t want to get in trouble here!) be the cause of Angel’s demise. Strange how things work out, huh? Anyway, Ivana will be playing the role of... wait for it...

Angelique.

You may all go throw your TV sets away now.
