  They are listed (Inara and Book) in the credits(imdb), so maybe they weren’t there for the photo-shoot or maybe they have only a small amount of screentime and didn’t need to part of the "leading cast" promos. Or maybe this isn’t going to be used officially. Who knows?!?!
