Series 3 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer PALz Revealed

Wednesday 24 August 2005, by Webmaster

The third season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a pivotal one for the beloved denizens of Sunnydale. Not only did it introduce such memorable characters as rogue Slayer Faith, Watcher Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, and an all-new “Big Bad” in the form of Mayor Richard Wilkins III, but it provided important developments for the show’s core characters... most importantly, they graduated from high school.

Palisades Toys celebrates the third season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with an all-new set of PALz highlighting some of the characters that made the season so memorable. The set of six PALz each comes with a costume transformation, tons of accessories, and a brand-new Inkworks card. And, as an added bonus, each PALz comes with a section of the post-ascension “Snake Mayor” that you can assemble when you complete the whole set!

Scheduled to land at retail early in the first quarter of 2006, the characters included in Series 3 are:

• Buffy from “Anne,” with the “hunga munga” (sickle-like weapon), a purse, an order pad, a plate of food, and a section of the Snake Mayor.

• Angel from “Amends,” with a Concrete wall with chains, ½ pint containers of blood, and a section of the Snake Mayor.

• Anya from “The Wish,” with her amulet/power center, books, and a section of the Snake Mayor.

• Faith from “Enemies,” with a stake, medical instruments, and a section of the Snake Mayor.

• Wesley Wyndam-Pryce from “The Prop,” with books and green “Watcher’s Journal,” a handkerchief, and a section of the Snake Mayor.

• Mayor Wilkins from “Bad Girls,” with The Books of Ascension, two swords, a lamp, moist towlettes, a “to do” list, and the graduation podium with microphone.
