From Thefutoncritic.com Seth GreenSeth Green - ’Four Kings’ New Pilot - More DetailsSunday 24 April 2005, by Webmaster FOUR KINGS (NBC) - Shane McRae ("One Life to Live") has been revealed to be the fourth "king" in the comedy pilot, about four friends since childhood living in New York. He’s playing Bobby in the Warner Bros. Television-based project, who’s described in the casting notice as: "Mid 20’s. A mellow musician, kinda sexy, kinda grungy. He’s not quite beautiful enough to be an Abercrombie & Fitch model, but is beautiful enough to be an Abercrombie & Fitch cashier. Though he was born just outside of New York City, he comes off more like a guy that grew up in Malibu, but without the surfer accent. Bobby is not dumb, but there is a very good chance he doesn’t know who the Secretary of State is." In addition, Todd Grinnell’s role has been confirmed to be that of Jason: "Mid 20’s. A stylish, opinionated, vain, weight-obsessed whirlwind of metrosexual energy. This guy is totally put together. The body, the hair, the look. You would never know by looking at him that he was the fat kid on the playground. He’s convinced he knows the "right" way to conduct your life, even better than you do. Though his concerns seem shallow, he cares deeply about the people in his life." Josh Cooke (as Ben), Seth Green (as Barry) and Kiele Sanchez (as Jenny) also star in the pilot, which comes from executive producers Max Mutchnick and David Kohan.
