Andy Brown, who now lives in Los Angeles, will appear on CBS-TV’s “How I Met Your Mother.” The show is a comedy about falling in love. The characters are Ted (Josh Randor), his best friend Marshall (Jason Segal), Lily (Alyson Hannigan), Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Robin (Cobie Smulders). The premise of the comedy begins when Ted’s best friend, Marshall, announces he will propose to his longtime girlfriend, Lily, a kindergarten teacher. This is when Ted feels pressure to find true love. Helping him in his quest is Barney, a quirky friend who never runs out of ideas. Robin is a possible love match for Ted, but only time will tell. The show is set in the far future and is narrated through flashbacks featuring the voice of Bob Saget. The episode featuring Brown will air at 8:30 EDT. He will be part of an ensemble in the episode. In the episode, Ted will make his yearly pilgrimage to the rooftop Halloween party in search of a girl dressed as a pumpkin whom he met years ago. Meanwhile, Robin is dumped after driving her new boyfriend away with her independent ways. Brown, the son of Dick and Mary Brown, formerly of Hanover, is 1993 graduate of Southwestern High School and was a soloist in Espirit, the school’s show choir. |
