Summer Glau returns this season to "The 4400". Her first new episode is "The Ballad of Kevin and Tess" and airs this Sunday.

Cujoy posted an ComicCon report at the lifejournal 4400Spoilers and here is the slightly spoilery part about this episode:

Kevin is not looking well, with his face crinkled and mis-shapen. Tess, on the other hand, is looking gorgeous and is apparently over her insanity. The two of them have a conversation about Diana. Tess feels guilty about some unexplained thing they are doing to her. Kevin describes, whatever it is, as a "backup plan" to his experiment.
