RAVE FAVES

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (2002, Xbox): It was a relief to many fans of the TV show that this game did justice to the "Buffy" legacy. For instance, when Buffy tells Cordelia she might quit cheerleading, Cordelia shoots back, "It’s a crushing blow to the world of synchronized shouting." It’s fun to stake vamps with sticks and shovels. When Buffy fights a visage of herself near the end of the game, it’s even existential.
