The queen of daytime TV stages a reunion of sorts linked to NBC’s hit "The Appentice." For the first time since they’ve heard Donald Trump’s infamous "You’re fired," Omarosa, Heidi and Ereka come face to face with the man who sent them packing. Look for tempers to flare as Omarosa and Ereka duke it out over the topic of alleged racism. Later in the show, Trump shares his best get-rich advice, including investing tips. "Tru Calling"(8 p.m., WJBK-TV, Channel 2, FOX). Tru (Eliza Dushku) fears she has lost her special gift when she can’t return to the previous day to change events for a newly deceased person. She eventually does go back in time — but at another victim’s request, forcing her to try to save both people in entirely different circumstances. The reasons for Jack’s (Jason Priestley) presence become clearer. "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"(8 p.m., WXYZ-TV, Channel 7, ABC). Tom and Deirdre McCrory have two small sons and a small house. Now she’s pregnant with triplets, and they need to supersize their home — fast. A team of designers and builders turns the couple’s modest property into something more livable for a family of seven. At the end, viewers see the results of the makeover, and learn whether the McCrorys’ two boys will be getting new brothers, sisters — or both. "Will & Grace" (8:30 p.m., WDIV-TV, Channel 4, NBC). With his father’s girlfriend (guest star Lesley Ann Warren) concerned that she has romantic competition, Will (Eric McCormack) agrees to find out if it’s true. In fact, there is another woman — Will’s mother (guest star Blythe Danner). "ER" (10 p.m., WDIV-TV, Channel 4, NBC). Dr. Weaver’s (Laura Innes) firefighter partner (guest star Lisa Vidal) fights for life after being hurt on the job. The pregnant Dr. Lewis (Sherry Stringfield) is ordered to stay in bed. Dr. Gallant and Neela (Sharif Atkins, Parminder Nagra) worry about the probe of a death in which they were involved. Abby (Maura Tierney) and Neela learn their board scores. "Babes on Broadway"(10 p.m., TCM). An ambitious young performer needs help to get to the top in this 1941 musical movie directed by genre legend Busby Berkeley. Tommy Williams (Mickey Rooney) wants to get to Broadway —but to do that, he needs a show. Enter Penny (Judy Garland), a beautiful girl with a voice to match. They join forces, grab a few friends, and — voila! — create a musical. |
