LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Tara Reid, who accidentally bared her breast at a red carpet event in November, is filing a suit over an ad that casts aspersions on her character.

The 29-year-old actress sued the owners of Sky Las Vegas Condominiums on Thursday, March 10 for using her name in an ad reading, "Dear Tara Reid. Come let it all hang out," reports the AP.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that the ad damaged her reputation by implying that she’s "sexually lewd or immoral."

Reid is requesting that the judge prevent Sky Las Vegas from publishing or distributing the ads.

An older, more sober Reid has been trying to change her image as a party girl, expressing her wishes to find a steady boyfriend and possibly have a child in the near future. She also claims that she no longer parties with gal pal Paris Hilton and has even begun taking roles against her usual girlish-vixen type, as evidenced by her anthropologist role in the recent bomb "Alone in the Dark."

Reid’s film credits include "The Big Lebowski," "Cruel Intentions," "Dr. T and the Women," "Josie and the Pussycats," "Van Wilder" and "My Boss’s Daughter." She next co-stars with Edward Furlong and David Boreanaz in "Wicked Prayer."
