With the apocalypse at hand in Sunnydale, Buffy must square off against a true God when Glory prepares to use Dawn to break down the walls between the dimensions and unleash all Hell on Earth... but she needs Dawn’s blood before her home dimension portal can be opened. It seems that the only way to save the day is to kill Dawn. But Buffy refuses to harm her little sister, and Buffy, Xander, Willow, Giles, Anya, Tara and Spike go to battle with the knowledge that they may not all survive.

It appears to be a novelization of the episode "The Gift". The link shows an ISBN number and that its 96 pages long.

It’s a graphic novel made of screen captures published as part of Tokyopop’s Cine-Manga range. Tokyopop are publishers of imported and Western created Manga (Japanese comic books) in the US and UK (and probably other parts of the world but I’d have to check that).

I read a bigger article in my inbox and it’s a manga style book (Japenese anime kinda) with captions in cartoon style word bubbles and pictures from the episode.
