*After a $185-million renovation, the New Orleans Superdome reopens tonight as the Saints host the Atlanta Falcons (5:30 p.m. ESPN).

Emergency room: While out for coffee with Richie (Jesse Tyler Ferguson), Lina (Heather Goldenhersh) has an accident and is rushed to the hospital, where her twin sister (Lizzy Kaplan) is left in the dark about her condition on "The Class" (8 p.m. CBS).

Nine lives: Everyone, including the cast, thought this long-running drama was over at the end of last season, but "7th Heaven" (8 p.m. CW) is back on a new network with no more Ruthie and Simon and very little Annie (Catherine Hicks). Haylie Duff and Stephen Collins return.

There goes the neighborhood: The search for the hidden money is on in a Utah subdivision on "Prison Break" (8 p.m. Fox).

Lily’s summer: Lily (Alyson Hannigan) is back in New York with glowing tales of her summer in San Francisco, but Ted (Josh Radnor) quickly realizes she’s putting on an act on "How I Met Your Mother" (8:30 p.m. CBS).

Dream on: Steven Tyler of Aerosmith guest stars as a new neighbor, who is less-than-pleasant to Charlie (Charlie Sheen) on "Two and a Half Men" (9 p.m. CBS).

Better, faster, stronger: A genetics professor in India discovers that there are people with superpowers who begin to realize their extraordinary strengths in the new series "Heroes" (9 p.m. NBC).

On the lam: Donnie Wahlberg and Leslie Hope lead the cast of the new drama "Runaway" (9 p.m. CW), about a family on the run from the law and the bad guys because the dad was framed for murder.

Jump start dating: Christine agrees to go on a date with a handsome stranger (Scott Bakula) on "The New Adventures of Old Christine" (9:31 p.m. CBS).

Tainted evidence: Calleigh (Emily Procter) is run off the road into a canal after collecting evidence at a crime scene. She can recover, but the evidence is no longer usable on "CSI: Miami" (10 p.m. CBS).

First show: The heat is on as Matt and Danny (Matthew Perry, Bradley Whitford), scramble to get their first show together on "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" (10 p.m. NBC).
