From Ghostoftherobot.co.uk James MarstersWorld Exclusive Ghost Of The Robot AuctionTuesday 20 January 2004, by Webmaster WORLD EXCLUSIVE GHOST OF THE ROBOT AUCTION Want to feel like a rock star and own one of Ghost Of The Robot’s own backstage passes? Now is your chance to pick up one of the rarest band souvenirs around. James Marsters, Steven Sellers, Charlie DeMars, Kevin McPherson and Aaron Anderson have specially signed the stylish backstage passes which were exclusively designed for the 2003 European tour and audience events. The nine-date trip was the band’s first European tour and they sold out every date from Frankfurt to Liverpool’s famous Cavern Club. The band proudly wore the backstage passes in Germany, England, Scotland and Wales. Enthusiastic fans sometimes tried to grab the passes from around the band’s necks and spare copies had to be made. These have now been donated by the band to promote their return to Europe in May. No more passes are in existence and this will be the only chance to own one of the most sought after Ghost Of The Robot items around. Each of the five passes have been signed in silver marker pen by all five members of Ghost Of The Robot and they have been placed on new yellow lanyards. They feature a photograph of the band, the band logo and the "Access All Areas" legend. They are laminated - the band have signed directly on the passes, not the plastic covers - and in pristine condition. The highly-collectible backstage passes are going on sale on e-Bay on Thursday 22 January 2004. This will be a one-off auction and any proceeds will go towards the band’s forthcoming European trip.
