Wow! She is so pretty! I didn’t even know she DID conventions. That’s SO cool. Maybe she will come to one in the States sometime soon. =)

hey this isnt fair - i went on the sunday and met her but they wouldnt allow any photos at all, was gutted. she was so beautiful though.

Apparently she was really rude and rushed everyone barely scribbling their names on the autographs- all THAT for £20, cheap at 1/5 the price, ripoff at 1/2 the price.

From everyone I’ve spoken to that went, she was extremely nice and apologized over and over for not being able to do pictures. She also, from what I was told, had the longest line of fans waiting to see her.

However, I know many people who did get to sneak in some pics with her when the convention guards weren’t watching. She was happy to do it. The guards were the ones insisting no pictures and, honestly, if you were in the back of the line wouldn’t you be upset if you didn’t at least get to see her because everyone ahead of you were getting pictures made?

"Apparently she was really rude and rushed everyone barely scribbling their names on the autographs..."

Oh, well. Obviously her career is OVER if she can suddenly condescend to doing a convention. She should appreciate the fans she has left >:(

Hmm, anyone else notice what appears to be a red Kaballah string on her right wrist? People believe it wards off evil spirits.

This is not the first signing/convention she’s ever done, so don’t even go there.

Do you think that way about ALL the verse stars who do conventions? Gee, that’s just about all of them except for SMG. Seems like the ones who do "condescend" to do conventions do appreciate their fans. Why else do them? The money’s not worth it nor is sitting there getting carpel tunnel signing thousands of autographs. Yeah, that’s really the way I’d show my unappreciative attitude if I were a celebrity. Grow up.

Maybe she was just in a rush? I would really love to know how many of the Buffy/Angelverse people are really assholes. Really. And which ones are just trying to meet and greet as many fans as possible? What, did you expect Charisma to ask you about your life story? Come on. Just be happy you had the chance to meet her and shut up about it.

Rant aside-Charisma looks fantastic. Love the hair.

Actually Sarah did do comic con for the grudge. She didn’t do conventions for Buffy because she had to do a hell of alot of more work for her show that the second string actors on her show. I think it’s great Charisma is doing this. Don’t try to bring others down to defend Charisma.

"Don’t trying to bring others down to defend Charisma"

No one was trying to bring down SMG. They were just stating fact, as you were.

July 1st, 2005, by Scorch I met Charisma on both the Saturday and Sunday, she put me right at ease both times, which was definitely needed as I was shaking like a leaf! For seven years, I’ve worshipped both the actress and the character she plays, so meeting her was a dream and then some. She didn’t have a lot of time on the Saturday for photographs, which is completely understandable considering she was one of the most popular guests there. Since I wasn’t expecting a photograph for this reason, I was more than content to simply have her autograph. However, when I went back on the Sunday, Charisma remembered me and told me to go back towards the end of the day for a picture. In fact, she called me over to her when she saw me scuttling towards the bar! She was lovely, very genuine and sweet with an amazing smile and enviable hair. I just wish I’d gotten more time with her, even if only to wangle more beauty secrets out of her! Thanks for giving an actual eyewitness account. So happy to hear she’s just as lovely as she looks.

Shut up about SMG. God some of you guys are jealous losers.

I met her on the Saturday and whilst we were a little rushed, Charisma certainly wasn’t rude. I saw her about 11ish and got a few blurry photos (and one decent one!), shortly afterwards someone broke the "no flash photography" request so they stopped photos altogether - but we saw her posing for some photos later on (which was kind of annoying of course). I got a Season One promo photo signed, as she was passing the photo back she touched the photo of Glenn Quinn and gave a sad smile.

I’m a woman and I love this woman!! I honestly think she is one of the most beautiful women out there right now. Her smile lights up everything around her. I love the fact that she genuinely takes the time to appreciate and acknowledge her fans.
