Not to mention, by saying that the synonyms for the word "gay" are "stupid" or "dumb" then you would have just offended someone that was, in fact, homo sexual. In other words, you just don’t make much of a valid point. The term "gay" is used in the United States freely and people aren’t offended when they use their brains and interperet it’s meaning depending on the context.
