I read the original interview with Lynda Carter, and all she ever said was that the lead should be an actress in her 20s (which is the same thing Joss Whedon has always said). She never mentioned specific actresses, that was an addition made by this particular writer. Besides, Sandra Bullock was considered for the role something to the tune of four years ago but passed because she couldn’t see herself in the costume; CZJ I don’t think has ever been in serious contention.

Likewise, there have been no confirmed reports regarding Mischa Barton or Katie Holmes being in the running. All Joel Silver and Joss Whedon have said was that they want to finish the script (which they’ve barely started), and then they’ll begin the casting process, not before that. I don’t know about Mischa, but Katie’s link came during an interview in Australia regarding Batman Begins and Tom Cruise, in which WW was alluded to because of the announcement that filming might take place Down Under; at no point did Katie say she wanted the job, that she was being considered for the job, etc.

Both Sandra Bullock and Zeta Jones I wouldnt consider to be too old...But I do agree a fresh faced actress is best.Im sure theres pleanty of hope-fulls out there trying to make in in the movie business.and they should be able to find that perfect women to play Wonder women. So I agree with Linda Carter.
