To my knowledge, it is in fact not the end of Angel Magazine. It is, instead, combining forces with its parent magazine Buffy the Vampire Slayer and will now be published in a two-in-one simply titled Buffy the Vampire Slayer Magazine featuring Angel or vice-versa.

The Angel Reborn issue is not the last issue of Angel Magazine. There is a new issue of Angel (number 11) due on newsstands on August 23 (this is according to the final page of the new Buffy Magazine. The new issue of Angel will have interviews with James Marsters, Alexa Davalos, and Seth Green.
