Tuesday 31 October 2006, by Dan : The fact that I did not enjoy this movie, would it be because I don’t usually care for horror anyway, or because Sesame Street ruined my attention span at a young age. Nightmare of Elm Street would be the one North American movie of horror that I found quality in. The final scene sticks with you. In Ju-On, I was more pleased to see the credits but then wondering when I would be enjoying the footage of the film. Either way, the Japanese are a different culture. Watch other Japanese cinema and you get the idea.... they are different. In the USA most fear the different, so in turn perhaps this would be a good movie?
