Thursday 3 November 2005, by Chiron : Note to Marti Noxon: Season six was not "spoiled", it was brilliant. Anyone who was still with the series at this time should have long since figured out that BTVS was a modern Greek tragedy - no unflawed heros, no simple happy endings, no simple, happy relationships. The set-up for the final season’s themes of atonement, forgiveness, redemption & plain old getting over yourself & growing up was nothing short of - well, again I have to say brilliant. And how about lightening up on the actors who didn’t participate in the new features? With the exception of SMG, they have all participated in other commentaries as well as conventions, etc. This show & all who participated in it’s creation & presentation should have a permanent place in the pop culture history of the western world. So more with the love & not so much with the nit-pickiness. :=)Thursday 3 November 2005, by Anonymous : season six.. it wasn’t that horrible... but it was not good. i personally did not like it, no offense please to anyone who did.Friday 4 November 2005, by Anonymous : I really liked season 6, but I can understand that some people didn’t. :) But I wonder what people disliked so much in this season? In my opinion, the big problem was in season seven, with the character of Kennedy! She was (once again in my opinion) the most unplesant character of all seasons!!These comments are an anwser to this article : Buffy the Vampire Slayer DVD : The Chosen Collection - Videobusiness.com Review |
