I’m curious as to what arguments/objections James’ raised to the higher ups against doing those scenes. Over the the last few years he’s spoken more and more candidly about his discomfort and unhappiness (and from what I’ve inferred, resentment) being the only cast member required to be naked. And he’s certainly always been very clear about how hard the SR bathroom scene was for him - how he can’t even stand to watch it. But, at the same time he’s always made a point of supporting the writers’ decision to go there and their justification of it as the catalyst necessary to trigger Spike’s (...)
