It’s pretty sad if you ask me. I mean, Michelle’s not a newbie to the industry anymore. She’s become a fairly big name, had some big movies (including Eurotrip) and yet her career seems to already have been reduced to tiny one-off cameos in already established TV shows. House, CI... etc.

Honestly, I don’t think her career is going to go far.

I don’t think it’s sad. MT does whatever she likes to do. She’s a fan of both House and Law and Order (one of her first roles was as a kid victim on the original L&O) so begged to do both. She wanted to do it. Enjoyed it. Why not?

Has the Rita Wilson movie Beautiful Ohio, and another one with Kelly Preston. Your go-to girl for nice/intelligent roles.

Over in the UK guys like Sir Ian McKellan or gals like Judy Dench do TV and movies interchangably. It’s a job. MT doesn’t have any illusions, seems to consider herself a character actress like Sir Ian is a character actor or Dench is a character actress.

If anything else it’s an easy way to get in front of people and remind them of her talent and professionalism.

erm, am I the only one wondering whether weeping willow’s name (Willow) was a reference to Willow (our favorite wicca)?

I wonder if this episode is based off of the video blogger PonyBoy. She had faked a kidnapping made creepy videos and everything, and there ended up being this huge investigation on the whole thing. Eventually she came around and told the truth that the kidnapping was a hoax.
