Thursday 17 May 2007, by Chaz : Just wanted to let folks know that ticketmaster is now accepting returns on tickets for exchange. You need to call their customer service number and they’ll make you mail back your tickets, then charge you for new ones.Friday 18 May 2007, by Jessie : Ticketmaster IS willing to refund and exchange as per the theatre’s instructions. All those people who had their hopes up high with their new theatre tickets. And not to mention the embarrassment to David. And the inconvenience at the switch date. His work schedule is supposed to start in June sometime.
