Willow Rosenberg is one of my favorite geeks, too. But there are more:

 Seven of Nine (Star Trek Voyager): her struggle to "get in touch" with her emotions, her amazing intelligence and logical thinking, combined with her perfect beauty, make her the sexiest geek ever.

 Also from Star Trek (Deep Space Nine): science officer Jadzia Dax, who is smart and sweet, independent and strong and wicked good with science as well as with martial arts.
