The Immortal is the new Riley, just there for now—but is not the long haul guy. And who are you to decide who Buffy loves or should love? Just becuase she loved Angel, doesn’t mean he’s her only love. She can love him, and still love Riley, & Spike, and the new chump. Oh, and last thing. We do care about the monsters. Without them, it would just be any other drama.
